Tara Silvestri brings a wealth of experience to One Source Survival, drawn from her time in executive marketing roles with heavyweight brands like ABC TV and Revlon. She’s also a proven entrepreneur, having launched both a fashion tech startup and her own apparel line. Now in Nashville, she is the CEO of True Blue Marketing where she leverages her marketing expertise to craft digital strategies for an array of businesses, guiding them to effectively identify and engage their target markets.
Janie Metts

South Carolina native Janie Metts moved to Nashville with ambitions in music and songwriting, but she quickly found her niche in digital marketing. After a stint managing social media for a music industry company, she rose to become the Director of Marketing, and then VP of Marketing. Janie now channels her skills into True Blue Marketing as the Director of Social Media and Account Management.

Their journey into survivalism and understanding of the market’s nuances has been fueled by personal interest and the drive to be self-sufficient.
